All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Maison 27 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, Maison 27 does not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist with the evaluation process, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, Maison 27 will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all protective materials and seals.
Maison 27 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
